IT’S TIME TO

YOGA

My focus is on slower flows, hatha and yin styles of yoga. Taking the time to bask in a pose and really feel it in your body is the best way to care for yourself.

I believe in yoga for real life. Nothing overcomplicated or super fancy in my teaching. Instead of pleasing the social media gods I focus on taking care of the body, mind, and spirit.

Doing so in a way that honors the unique nature of each of us. Modifying poses as needed to suit the body we are working with today.

TRADITIONAL CHINESE MEDICINE

Traditional Chinese Medicine or TCM offers much wisdom for our modern lives through this ancient tradition. When paired with yoga it offers many therapeutic benefits.

My focus is on yin/yang theory, 5 element theory, the meridians, and using acupressure to move energy throughout the body.

Through yoga postures we are able to help balance yin and yang in the body along with the movement of energy through the meridians.

Often pain or disease is caused by stagnation, blockages in the energy channels or by a deficiency in the body. Using TCM we can help bring the body back to a state of balance.

Please note this is not meant to replace your chosen healthcare provider but rather to be used in conjunction with. This is simply one of many tools you can use to aid in your own healthcare.

ESSENTIAL OILS

Essential oils are from our natural world as they are the concentrated parts of plants. These precious gifts from nature offer many benefits and uses, such as:

Aid in pain and stress management.

Help with many skin issues from acne to bug bites and burns.

Make natural cleaners without all the chemicals.

Offer natural immune boosting properties.

And much more!

Since adding them to my life I feel more calm and my space is more enlivened.

BREATHWORK | MEDITATION | JOURNALING

We have many natural tools at our disposal. Here are a few more of my personal favorites.

Breathwork is a powerful practice with the ability to help shift your mood and outlook on the day. It can be practiced almost anywhere at anytime.

A wonderful tool to add to your toolkit.

Meditation often conjures up images of people sitting perfectly still for long periods of time and quieting all thoughts.

Meditation is not about stopping all thoughts but instead to be an observer of those thoughts.

There are numerous benefits to this practice and you can get started with as little as 5 minutes or even less.

Journaling is a personal favorite of mine. I've loved to write ever since childhood.

But you don't have to be a writer to journal. This practice offers a healthy way of processing thoughts and emotions. It can spark creativity or even help you navigate a difficult situation.

ONLINE CUSTOMIZED SESSIONS

For those who would like to go more in depth with some one on one work, I offer fully customizable online sessions. Together we will come up with the right plan for you and your lifestyle.

I offer valuable yet affordable one on one work all from the comfort of your home or office.

My Process

After your initial contact email I will send out a short questionnaire email to determine if I can assist you properly.

From there we will set up an initial online visit where we will discuss your chief complaint &/or what you want to work on during our sessions.

I will then come up with a customized plan to share with you. At that time we will determine the number of sessions that is right for you and your budget.

We will then work together via online video visits and via email communications. There may also be PDF's with info to download and use in your daily life.

After our sessions you can expect periodic check-ins to see how you are doing with the tools provided.
