Sanctuary Class : Simple + Well Rounded Flow

This class offers a simple full-body flow with a gentle warm up, a mindful standing sequence, and a calming finish. A great class to do when you are looking for a nice well rounded yoga flow. Nothing fancy or complicated here. Grab your mat, find a quiet space, and give yourself the gift of 30 minutes just for you.

Optional props: 2 blocks.

Class length: 28 minutes (stay longer in savasana if time allows)

Class was recorded near Land O'Lakes, Florida last winter.

Welcome to the very first class in the 30 Minute Yoga Sanctuary! This well-rounded practice is designed to bring harmony to both body and mind. It’s only natural that we slip in and out of balance, this class offers a reset whenever you need an all over tune-up. Take this time just for you, and walk away feeling grounded, open, calm, and, of course, balanced.

Props you may want to have on hand: 2 blocks and a blanket or towel.

Class length: 37 minutes (last few minutes include breathwork and savasana)

Class was recorded in the Alleghany National Forest a couple of years ago. Josie, our Boxer makes an appearance. This class is dedicated to her beautiful spirit.
